iSk8 Forever LLC — Terms of Service
Effective Date: July of 2026
These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the iSk8 Forever LLC online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
All orders are final once placed. Cancellations are not accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory problems, technical errors, or obvious pricing mistakes.
If we cancel an order for which payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Processing & Shipping
Some products may be produced or ordered after a customer places an order.
Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for order processing before shipment. This processing period is separate from the shipping carrier’s delivery time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, supply issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or applicable authorities.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated during checkout.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered to the customer’s provided address, responsibility for protecting and retrieving that package passes to the customer.
Local Pickup
Local pickup in the Atlanta metropolitan area is available by appointment only.
Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before attempting pickup. The specific public pickup location and time will be coordinated directly with the customer.
Customers have 7 days to contact us after receiving their ready notification. An additional 7-day rescheduling period may be provided when necessary.
After 14 total days, an unclaimed order may be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers, discounts, sales, and special pricing may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Orders successfully placed while a promotion is valid will continue to receive the applicable promotional pricing even if the promotion subsequently ends.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts.
Pricing Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate.
If a product is accidentally listed at an obviously incorrect price or contains another material error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel affected orders.
If payment has already been collected for an order canceled because of such an error, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Intellectual Property
The iSk8, iSk8 Forever, and associated artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs, branding, website content, and other original materials displayed through our business are owned by or licensed to iSk8 Forever LLC, as applicable.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative merchandise without authorization from iSk8 Forever LLC.
Minors
Minors may use our website or purchase products only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iSk8 Forever LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The current version will be posted on our website with its applicable effective or updated date.
